Psychology

The Psychology program at IU East focuses on exposure to research methodology and statistical analysis to develop the broad problem-solving skills necessary in psychology.  Because of the link to various other disciplines such as humanities, mathematics and other social and natural sciences, a degree from the Department of Psychology can be applied in many careers and provide background for students entering graduate work in psychology and related areas, as well as the professions of medicine, dentistry, law, and business.
