Scholarships
Financial aid has more information about scholarships for new students, including a detailed list of scholarships that are offered.
We offer two types of scholarships for incoming Freshmen: Admissions-based scholarships and Merit-based scholarships. Students can receive only one four-year admission-based or merit scholarship, the highest one for which they are eligible or selected.
Admissions-based Scholarships
To qualify for an Admissions-based scholarship all you need to do is have your admissions application submitted by March 1st. There may be some additional academic qualifications (grade point average, for example) that you need to meet. Admissions-based scholarships are awarded on a first-come first-serve basis, so early admissions (i.e. Fall of your senior year) is encouraged!
Merit Scholarships
Merit scholarships are awarded on a competitive basis and require a separate application.
