Intake Process: Walk-in (Tues. & Thurs. 8:00am-11:00am & 1:00pm-4:00pm) set up appointment. Required Documents: Proof of Income, insurance card and any other referral documents if being referred by court or DCS.

Behavioral healthcare services for people of all ages. Substance abuse and addiction treatment. Individual and group counseling; assessments, clinical nurse specialist, social support group, women's group, peer counseling and older adult services. Some groups meet later in the evening.
