The mission of Family Health Services is to provide appropriate, coordinated, primary health care to those with limited resources. The goal is to deliver available, affordable and accessible, professional car with the utmost regard for human worth and dignity. Services provided include complete prenatal care and hospital delivery by board certified obstetricians; well-baby and well-child exams, care during menopause, routine physical exams for adults, health care when you are sick, free childhood immunizations, free childhood lead screening, women's health exams, free pregnancy testing, disability physicals, chronic disease management, smoking cessation education, car seat inspection, assistance with medicare D, assistance with medications and assistance with Hoosier Healthwise application.
