Healthy Families is a voluntary program designed to promote healthy families and healthy children 0-5 years of age. Achieva offers a variety of services, including strength based family assessment, linkage to community resources, and home visitation. Home visitation services include child development, access to medical care, and parent education. The services are home based and potential participants are identified prenatally or at birth. Healthy Families serves 385 families in Fayette, Union, and Rush counties.
