Program/Service Notes:
The Energy Assistance Program assists low income residents with paying their winter heating expenses. The program applies a limited payment to the utility accounts of eligible applicants; recipients are responsible for the balance. Funds may also be used to purchase bulk fuel, such as oil, wood, coal, etc. Assistance for fans and air conditioning in the summer may be available.
