Hours: 24 hours a day
Eligibility: Application must be completed. A meeting with facility staff to assure we can meet the needs of your loved ones. The client's physician must complete a physical within 90 days prior to beginning the program. A chest x-ray or a TB test must be completed within 90 days prior to beginning the program, to verify that the client is free from tuberculosis. A completed emergency information contact profile, day care agreement, and medical record file.
Fees: $6.00 per hour.

Hot nutritionally balanced meals and snacks. Special diets included. Assistance with feeding, if needed. Assistance from a caring staff for complete daily personal care, including showers, hair care, etc. The security of know the medications prescribed for your loved one will be administered timely by a licensed professional. The opportunity for you family member to interact and socialize with his or her peers. An activity program designed to encourage participation or quiet observation. An area where your loved one can rest or even take a nap should they desire. Peace of mind knowing that your loved one is spending quality time n a safe home-like setting.
