Hours: Mon. - Sat. 11:30 am - 5:30 pm Open Tuesday and Thursday evenings 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Eligibility: Anyone living in Jefferson Township (Wayne Co.) including most Hagerstown addresses may receive some type of resident card as long as other eligibility critera is met. Individuals in Center Township (Wayne Co.) should obtain a Centerville library card. Individuals in Washington or Jackson Township (Wayne Co.) except residents of Dublin should obtain a Cambridge City library card. Residents of the Town of Dublin (Wayne Co.) should obtain a Dublin library card. Centerville, Cambridge City and Dublin resident cardholders may use their home library cards at Hagerstown library. Individuals outside these service areas may also be eligible for free limited access Hagerstown library cards.
Fees: No fee; exception is overdue or materials that are not returned on time
