Interlocal Community Action Program is a non-for-profit human services agency. A variety of programs help assist people in Hancock, Henry and Rush counties. Services: Head start, Section 8 Housing, Energy Assistance, Weatherization, Foster Grandparent Program, Interlocal Community Action Program. Handicap Accessible Volunteer opportunities: Head Start with parent involvement and seniors through Retired Senior Volunteer Program(RSVP)
