Eligibility: Parent of the child must be either employed, involved in job search activities, or enrolled in school or a job training program. The determination of need is figured by the families monthly gross income. The Parent may still be responsible for part of the payments. The child must be under the age of 13.
Fees: No Fee
Intake Process: Call for appointment; Required Documents: SSN for entire family, 30 days verifiable income verification(child support, SSI, AFDC/TANF, salary), work schedule and/or class schedule.
