Hours: 7 am - 3 pm, Monday - Friday Monitoring is 24/7 throughout the year, including holidays.
Eligibility: No restrictions- All functioning levels; Only need to have the ability to activate the system via a button push or adaptive device.
Fees: Straight Fee: $41 per month, sliding fee: $25 per month, Medicaid, Medicare, Scholarships, Private or self pay. Self pay is not restricted in any way. Reduced rate: Referral from a case manager, social worker, or discharge planner.

Personal emergency response system. Monitoring for all ages and situations. Subscriber wears a waterproof button for signaling the lifeline monitor for rescue services (police, fire, ambulance), or just a helping hand. Handicap accessible. Donations accepted: Scholarship fund to cover the monthly fee when slots are available Volunteer : Volunteers respond for a helping hand to the subscriber when needed.
