Mission is to care for, train, and place Hearing Dogs with deaf and hard-of-hearing persons, free of charge. Disabling Conditions Served: Deaf, hard of hearing, deaf/blind Users Served: Deaf or hard of hearing adults with or without other disabilities Services Provided: • Dogs trained to respond to sounds in the home such as the telephone, doorbell/knock, smoke alarm, baby’s cry, etc. • Dogs provided free of charge to successful applicants All Hearing Dogs are adopted from local animal shelters.w
