Those needing transportation to the school call 765-966-3911, ask for Michelle Stoughton and give name, address, phone number, and time for pick up. Any child who will turn 5 by August 1, 2009 may register. the child and a parent or legal guardian must be present. Please bring with you: Birth certificate, Social Security card, verification of address, and custody documentation in case of divorce. You should also bring immunizations records or proof of an appt. to get immunizations. (Note: The Wayne County Health Clinic will be open for walk-ins each day of the week of April 20-24 from 8:00-5:00. On Wednesday of hat week, the Clinic will stay open until 6:30) **** Will sign up a child who is 5 by August 1. for children who will be 5 in August and prior to September 1, the student may be signed up this spring, but the student will start school in the fall ONLY if space available in the classroom. At sign up time, the school will provide a handout explaining the policy for enrolling students with birthdays in August.
