Program/Service Notes:
Provides various medical equipment, supplies, and minor home modifications. Medical equipment includes canes, walkers, wheel chairs, hospital beds, lift chairs, ostomy supplies and prescriptions. Respiratory services include 24-hour respiratory services, oxygen concentrators, portable O2 tanks, and nebulizers. IV services include 24-hour IV services, antibiotic therapy and pain management. George's Family Pharmacy also handles all Medicare, Medicaid and insurance paperwork for the patients. Minor Home Modifications (wheelchair ramps to grab bars, to roll in showers, Interior and exterior) Vehicle lifts (will pick up and deliver the vehicle), Stair lifts and Vertical Platform lifts. . Free area service delivery.
