Provides ambulatory devices (e.g. walkers, canes, crutches, etc.), oxygen and respiratory (e.g. stationary and portable oxygen, nebulizers, etc.), assistive devices (e.g. Reachers, shower benches, hospital beds, splints/braces, etc.), exercise equipment (e.g. pedlar exerciser, overhead pulleys, free weights, etc.) and telehealth systems (which provides vital signs monitoring remotely via the telephone line) to qualifying individuals
