WE ARE BACK!
Yes, we are back again. Back with the Pack. Back to school. Back to class. And back to homework. But it’s not all bad. Being back in school this year is pretty exciting. Why? Because I am a SENIOR BABY! It’s a little bitter-sweet, but I am enjoying every minute of it. Ladies and Gentleman, DO NOT let college escape you. The past 4 years have flown by and now I’m the big dog on campus. Now I am thinking about “the real world” aka life after college. Actually, let’s leave that talk for next semester.
How was everyone’s first week of classes? I have to admit, not taking any summer classes really made my summer a piece of cake. Not to mention, I felt out of practice having to look on OnCourse and get back into a school routine. I nearly missed some of my due dates for assignments!! I’m back on track now, though. So nobody worry. Make sure you get into a school routine, too! It will help you with your organization. And it will keep you sane!
VOLLEYBALL: You know I had to talk about volleyball! It will be my senior season this year, and I am hoping our best season yet! We’ve (I) got so much to prove this year. We are taking no one lightly and plan to remain undefeated all season. I don’t want to fall to anyone and my team is on board with me!! But, we couldn’t be anywhere without the people who champion our cause. THANKS TO YOU ALL!!
2 CommentsWelcome Welcome Welcome Back!!!!!!!!
SENIOR SENIOR SENIOR SENIOR SENIOR SENIOR -------> I AM A SENIOR!!!!!!!!
Just in case any of you forgot
. This year has definitely started off with a bang, and welcome week was nothing short of amazing. Tuesday, Wednesday and, Thursday there was food, fun and sun. That is one thing that I will miss about IUEAST they really do go above and beyond for their students each an every semester.
So I know you all have probably pictured your senior year. You most likely imagined that it would be a piece of cake and you would have a blast and graduation day would be there fast. Well that is what I have imagined my whole college career as well....but come to find out my first two weeks as a senior nursing student may be the most difficult. I have never seen so many assignment/projects/commitments on one piece of paper. When I read over the syllabi I think my jaw dropped. Nursing has always been difficult and it tests your time management skills each semester but not quite like this. I honestly have never been this nervous to start a semester :/So many requirements and so little time to do it all. I wish all of my classmates good luck, we have made it this far we just need to keep pushing till the end!
In other news, the IUEAST Vball team is off to an amazing start!!! They hosted an opening tournament and took home that title and this week they beat Marian at home in a humble fashion. It will be an exciting season with Breezy, Kristen and Lauren finishing out their careers at IUEAST. I look forward to all the home games and hope to see you all there
Lets get through the first couple weeks of school and settle in...for those of you who are seniors.. THIS IS IT!!!!!
