I remember that day your mom and I dragged you practically kicking and screaming to the IUE open house when you were 18. I remember getting a warm fuzzy listening to the Chancellor speak on the benefits of a small university. All the professors seemed genuinely interested in your academic future. I remember discussing with you the “Study Abroad” program IUE was initiating. As your father and friend I too am grateful that you are a Red Wolf. It’s kept you close to home and I am very proud of you.
