What’s Good everyone? Sorry I havent posted anything lately. I have been at home enjoying the time with my friends and family. So I have been kinda pre-occupied. But once i return to school tomorrow Im going to be back on my grind. Im also going to still be working out with my Coach and Steve with the Reid trainers to keep getting in better shape to make sure im ready. I also lost two more pounds recently too. Me my coach and steve are in a race to see who can lose 30 pounds the fastest. I dont kno what the winner gets, but im sure i will like it! haha

Hi thanks a lot for a perceptive post, I actually found your blog by mistake while looking on Goole for something else closely related, anyhow before i ramble on too much i would just like to state how much I enjoyed your post.
