Hey, it’s me again, Rufus here. I wanted to give a shout out to everyone I met in Webster, IN on Saturday. I had a great time visiting during your community day and I always love getting to meet new people! I am so forgetful though… I forgot to take my camera. So sorry I don’t have any pictures or videos to share. But I hope to visit Webster again in the fall during their fall festival!

IU East night at the Richmond RiverRats

So, I have been enjoying my time off this summer. I have caught on my sleep and reading. But now things are starting to get busy for me again. On Wednesday, August 5th I visited the RiverRats baseball team and boy did I have a blast! Take a look at this video from that night and you will see what I mean. Between giving away IU East tattoos, signing autographs, and dancing on field, I was pretty tired afterwards.

Busy, busy

Happy Wednesday! As the semester is winding down, I seem to be getting busier. In case you have not noticed, there is a huge tent set up outside Springwood Hall. Today and tomorrow is Junior Preview Day. Around 350 High School students will be here on campus taking tours and talking with IU East students and hearing about the areas of study we offer. Busy, Busy… I will get to meet the High School students during East Fest (that is my favorite part). I like getting my picture taken with the students and giving them high fives! I will take some pictures or video during East Fest and post that soon so you all can see just what goes on.
And… Saturday I will be at the Family Earth Day Celebration. The time is 10am to 2 pm in Springwood Hall. That will be an awesome day, too! Lots of activities and people to pester- oh I mean people to meet.
I better go and start fixing my fur to get ready for East Fest today at noon. Remember to stay tunned for those pictures and video.
