Authorizing someone to make payment for you

To authorize an individual to pay your Indiana University bursar bill via QuikPAY:

  1. Log into OneStart.  Select the Services tab, and then the Student Self-Service section on the left.
  2. In the "Services & Information" area, click View/Pay Bursar Bill.
  3. Click Authorize Payers, and then click Add New.
  4. Enter the name of the payer, and create a login name and password for the individual to use.  You will then need to provide these login credentials to the payer.  Click Add.

Has the Authorized Payer lost / forgotten the password?

If your authorized payer forgets the password you created, you must reset it; the UITS Support Center cannot reset it for you.  For instructions, see "In QuikPAY, how do I reset an authorized payer’s password?"
