- Counseling: The first four sessions are free of charge. The 5th session is $10, the 6th session is $25. All sessions after the 6th are $30.

- Hepatitis: $60 single or $180 for series

- Tetanus and Diptheria: $30
- Individual /Group Health Assessments: $10
- Adult, Infant, and Child CPR: $60 initially, $45 for re-certification
- Adult, Infant, Child and First Aid: $60
- Blood Pressure Screening and Monitoring:Free
- Free Condom distribution
- STD testing
- Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides & Glucose: $35
- Vision Screening: $5
- Hearing Screening: $5
- Body composition: $1
- Bone Density: $5
