Nearly Naked Mile
The Indiana University East Alumni Association is sponsoring the Third Annual Homecoming Nearly Naked Mile on November 16th.
The race/walk registration will begin at 4:30 p.m. in front of Springwood, with the race to follow at 5 p.m. This event is similar to Nearly Naked Miles that have been held at other universities (such as IU Bloomington, IPFW, and Purdue) to raise donations for those in need, so a registration “fee” of one or more gently used items of clothing (such as coats, hats, or gloves) is required.
Participants must be clothed in at least what a bathing suit would cover. No thongs. Costumes are welcome.
Free “Run Naked” Beanie Cap for the first 200 registrants.
Prizes will be awarded for top Male and Female Finisher and also Best Costume.
