Job Description

The Indiana University East School of Nursing and Health Sciences is seeking applicants for a Clinical Assistant Professor/Clinical Associate Professor, beginning fall 2018. This position will teach in the Family Nurse Practitioner Track of the MSN program as well as other programs offered commensurate to experience and education. Candidates for all full-time faculty positions must demonstrate a strong desire to excel in teaching and provide ongoing support for student success, in and out of the classroom, interacting with a diverse student and faculty community.

  • Earned doctorate in nursing or a related field required for clinical associate professor; master's degree required for clinical assistant professor.
  • Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification and practice experience as a FNP required.
  • Eligibility for licensure in Indiana required.
  • Broad background in nursing practice.
  • Experience as a nursing educator as well as certification as a Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) considered a plus.
