The Writing Center uses many tools to help students learn, including:
Online Consultations
Using our online service, students can submit questions or papers 24/7 (excluding holidays). Writing Consultants will respond within 24 hours or sooner if possible.

Computers
Students may use the computers in the Writing Center to type papers and make corrections. Writing Consultants are trained to answer basic word processing questions.
Handouts
The Writing Center contains a variety of handouts about topics such as essay development, punctuation, grammar usage, and documentation styles. Students are welcome to review a handout with a writing consultant and then take the handout home for future reference. In addition, the Writing Center contains many writing texts, handbooks, and documentation manuals.
