The Information Technology Help Desk is located in Hayes Hall Room 169. The Help Desk hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-7pm and Friday 8am-5pm. Telephone support is available 24/7. In order to help the IT staff better serve your needs, the following information is required when making an IT support request:
- your full name
- your network ID
- your phone number or extension
- a description of your problem
Once your request is received, a confirmation will be mailed to you and a technician will be dispatched to assist you as quickly as possible.
