Note to faculty and instructors

Any software you will need in a lab besides the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher and Front Page) must be requested. This includes any CD located in the back of the book you’re asking students to purchase. Any software that you might need installed at anytime throughout a semester must be requested through the IT Helpdesk one month prior to the start of the semester.

Even if the software you need is already in a lab, you must request it for each semester it’s needed. We often change the location of software based on class size and faculty needs. Please understand that this request process is also for any one-time sessions that might be held in a computer lab.
