IU East Welcome Center
The IUE Welcome Center serves as switchboard, facility and service coordinator, and reception desk for the campus and visitors.
The Center is located in Room 100, Whitewater Hall and is open 8am-9pm Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm Friday, and 8am-12pm Saturday. The Center is closed on Sundays.
The Center is managed and staffed by Information Technology Department and provides the following services:
- Operate campus telephone switchboard.
- Maintain an up-to-date campus telephone and office directory.
- Greet, direct, and assist campus visitors.
- Be the central coordination point for all events held on the campus. The events may be sponsored by the University, its personnel, or community organizations. Click here to learn more about campus facility reservation Campus Facility Reservation page.
