Complete this requirement by taking the Focus 2 career assessment through the Office of Career Planning and Placement (http://www.iue.edu/ucollege/career/). Click on "Career Development" for more details about Focus 2 and directions about how to get started.

Portfolio

Your final requirement is to create a portfolio that documents and showcases your learning experiences through this program. The portfolio should include a listing of your Leads experiences, a copy of the forms that you submitted for each experience, a resume and sample job application cover letter that has been approved by a staff member in the Office of Career Planning and Placement. The heart of the portfolio is your reflection about these experiences and how they contributed to your learning, leadership development, etc. The preferred format for the reflection is a video but other forms may be accepted in some cases. The portfolio should be in a format that could be reviewed by a potential employer.
