The Fulbright Program, America’s flagship international educational exchange program, is sponsored by the United States Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. While in Vietnam, Passet blogged about her experiences. The blog is available on the IU East Web site at www.iue.edu/studyabroad/promoting.php.
