Students put lessons to the test as they hone their career skills
The Indiana University East Center for Leadership Development will host a Management Series workshop on Engaging Employees from 1-4 p.m. on Wednesday, March 12, in the Whitewater Hall Community Room. Registration for the workshop is available online.
The IU East Center for Leadership Development is hosting a Career Advantage Series workshop on Money Management from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, October 22, in the Whitewater Hall Community Room.
Indiana University East’s Master of Science in Management program within the School of Business and Economics welcomes applications for its third cohort to begin August 2013. Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis with priority given to applications received prior to July 1.

The Indiana University East School of Education and the Student Education Association are sponsoring a Professional Clothing for Success Store (PCS) for all IU East students. Anyone who would like to share gently used professional clothing and accessories may drop the items off in the Springwood Hall Campus Life Conference Room, located in office suite 107. The drop-off dates and times are Thursday, September 10, between 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. or Friday, September 11, between 7:30 a.m. and noon.
Indiana University East is initiating a five-year plan to establish greater opportunities for collaboration with area businesses and organizations through the Business Development Opportunities Program. The initiative has been made possible by a $140,000 grant from Lilly Endowment , Inc., which is being matched by IU East.
Indiana University East will initiate a new four-year degree program in the fall 2009 to provide students the necessary knowledge and skills for careers in information technology. The Bachelor of Science in Informatics degree program will provide students with technical and analytical skills that can be applied in a variety of industries, organizations and professions throughout the state of Indiana and beyond.
Indiana University East and Ivy Tech Community College partnered to host the 2008 Spring Job Fair on Friday, April 11. The event marked the first time the institutions have collaborated on a job fair.
