The Student Employee Service Recognition was also presented during Honors Convocation. Leslie Hale is this year’s recipient. The recognition honors a student employee who has demonstrated excellence in attitude, commitment, teamwork, contribution, and inspiration in their job at IU East. Hale is a senior communications major. She works in the Office of External Affairs as a vital team member, helping in the office as a greeter and to assist in the preparations for campus events. She is also a member of the Student Activity Advisory Team (STAT).
