Diversity Cabinet

The Diversity Cabinet is comprised of students, staff, and community members. The cabinet committee meets on a monthly basis with the Chancellor to review issues or activities related to diversity.

The charge of the cabinet is as follows:

  1. To serve as a forum for discussion of any and all issues regarding the campus’s commitment to creating an environment supportive of all people regardless of their differences from one another;
  2. To exchange information about activities related to this commitment and assist in generating support from the campus and the community for such activities;
  3. To become informed about issues in the broader community related to diversity and determine what role the campus could play in addressing them;
  4. To advise the Chancellor on issues regarding diversity facing the campus or community
