Math & Science Resource Center
All students enrolled in a biology, chemistry, math, or physics class at IU East are encouraged to use the Math & Science Resource Center in Whitewater Hall, Room 280. All services are free to students and are designed to help them succeed academically and gain confidence in these areas.
Students may come to the Math & Science Resource Center as often as they like. Two mentors are available at all scheduled times to:
- Help prepare students for quizzes and exams
- Share tips and study strategies
- Help students gain self-confidence
- Show students another way of looking at the problems and offer alternate explanations
