Current Teaching Experience

  • Encouraging student centered learning by incorporating hands-on activities, multimedia instruction, and collaborative written assignments. Allowing students to apply their knowledge learned and be self-directed in their learning.

Current Scholarly/Research Interest

  • Scholarly interest is the implementation of a Dedicated Education Unit (DEU) for clinical rotation. The DEU represents an important collaboration strategy between nursing education and nursing practice, forging partnership between clinicians, academics, and students.
