Dropping Classes: The procedure for dropping classes varies depending on when you decide to drop a class. There are essentially three schedule adjustment time periods:
- Up to and including the first week of classes (Ended January 25th)
- Second week through the ninth week of classes (Auto "W" period)
- After the ninth week of classes (after auto "W" period)
Costs, procedures, and consequences vary among periods, so please click the appropriate link above and read the information carefully.

- eDROP - to drop classes electronically after the first week of classes...up through the auto "W" deadline date (see Academic Calendar)
- View your unofficial transcript or semester grades

- View "holds" on your record
- View your bursar and financial aid accounts
- Change your address or look-up your student ID number
- Assign 3rd party access to your record

IMPORTANT DATES
Monday, January 25
Last day to register, add a class, or change sections. 100% refund deadline.
Monday, February 1
75% refund deadline.
Deadline to apply for graduation.
Monday, February 8
50% refund deadline.
Monday, February 15
25% refund deadline. No refunds after this date.
Tuesday, March 9
Second 7-wk classes begin.
Friday March 19
Auto "W" deadline date. Last day for students to use eDROP for Spring.
March 22-27 (Mon. - Sat.)
Spring Break - no classes.
Monday, March 29
Early registration for Summer and Fall 2010 begins.
Friday April 2
Open registration for Summer and Fall 2010 begins.
Monday, May 3
Last day of Spring classes.
May 4 - 10
Final examination period.
Monday, May 10
Last day of final exams.
Wednesday, May 12
Faculty deadline to submit grades.
Thursday, May 13
Grades available via OneStart
Friday, May 14
Commencement.
