Requesting a Copy of your IU Transcript
Official transcripts are available from the Office of Student Records (Whitewater Hall, Rm. 116). Each student receives one free certified copy of his or her transcript upon graduation (mailed 4-6 weeks after the degree is conferred). Additional copies are available at a cost of $7 each. You can request a copy of your academic transcript either in person, via the mail, or by fax.
In Person
Visit the Office of the Student Records (WZ 116), fill-out a Transcript Request Form, and pay the Bursar ($7.00 per transcript). While most transcript requests can be processed while you wait, you should always allow one working day.

Past-Due Financial Accounts
