Indiana University East now has a Red Wolf on the prowl.

The university debuted its new mascot during the IU East/Holiday Inn Richmond Homecoming Classic basketball tournament on November 8.

And now the university is asking for the campus and the community to name the Red Wolves mascot. Nominations will be accepted online at www.iue.edu/mascot until Monday, December 1. The winning name will be announced during the home basketball game on Saturday, December 6.

The winner will receive a $100 prize package at the IU East Campus Bookstore for Red Wolves gear. In the event that more than one fan submits the same winning name, a winner, from those entries, will be chosen randomly.
