The Wayne County Higher Education Career Services Coalition will host the “4 Colleges Career Fair” from 3-6 p.m. on Tuesday, March 28. The career fair will be held at the Earlham College Athletics and Wellness Center, located at 801 National Road West, in Richmond.
The “4 Colleges Career Fair” is focused on connecting upcoming graduates and alumni from Indiana University East, Purdue Polytechnic Richmond, Ealham College and Ivy Tech Community College Richmond with employment and internship opportunities in Wayne and surrounding counties.
Members of the community, with a certification or college degree, who are seeking career opportunities are encouraged to attend.
Employers attending the “4 Colleges Career Fair” will promote internship positions, as well as advertise for current and future part-time and full-time jobs requiring a college credential (certificates, associate, bachelor’s and master’s degrees). To date, 25 area employers have registered to attend.
Participants should dress professionally and take copies of resumes, cover letters, and/or business cards with contact information.
Give-a-way items will be raffled off to those attending the fair.
Parking will be available in the lot south of the Earlham College Athletics & Wellness Center.
The Wayne County Higher Education Career Services Coalition is committed to empowering students and alumni as they make meaningful connections with and contributions to the world in the career development process. The coalition consists of career services professionals from Earlham College, Indiana University East, Ivy Tech Community College – Richmond, and Purdue Polytechnic Richmond.
