Most IU East scholarships are made possible by generous donors and alumni who believe you deserve a quality education.

The scholarships listed below are available exclusively to IU East students. Explore to learn more about which ones might be right for you!

Paul Kriese Scholarship for Service Engagement

Annual scholarship for an IU East undergraduate or graduate student who is preparing for a professional career in which they will engage in service to their community, has a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and can commit to serve as a student coordinator in the Center for Service Learning at IU East. The recipient must develop an individual work plan in collaboration with Center for Service Learning staff and faculty liaison for service learning that outlines contributions to at least one community initiative or one public service related project within the recipient's discipline. The recipient must log 10 hours per week for 30 total weeks, 15 weeks in fall and 15 weeks in spring, at the Center for Service Learning or at a designated community partner site.
