Discrimination

Protecting your freedom to be yourself.

IU East does not tolerate acts of discrimination, hate, harassment, retaliation, or any other act that is damaging to our safe, civil, and inclusive community—and neither should you.

If you experience or witness an incident on an IU campus, report it. Your report helps the university take action and prevent future incidents.

Call 911 if you or someone you know is in immediate danger.

Report an Incident

Discrimination concerns and reporting are handled by our Director of Affirmative Action, Tracy Amyx. Call her at 765-973-8402 or stop by her office in Springwood Hall, Room 226 to talk about your concerns and options.

You can also contact IU's University Director of Institutional Equity; contact information is available on the University 'Non-Discrimination/Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action' policy.

Help us maintain a welcoming and safe community
