DAY OF ACTION / Paint the Campus Teal
Tuesday, April 6, 11 a.m.-noon AND 5-7 p.m.
A day to focus awareness on sexual violence prevention. Stop by the resource table on the Springwood Hall patio to receive a swag bag, as well as resource and SAAM event information. You will also have the opportunity to help us PAINT THE CAMPUS TEAL by signing your name on the windows of Springwood Hall and expressing yourself artistically through sidewalk chalk. Door prize tickets will be given for participation in each activity for a chance to win Apple Air Pods and more
Let’s Talk Series - Domestic Violence & Abuse

The episode will provide viewers with a diverse discussion from resources available to how to support victims. Hosted by the IU East School of Humanities and Social Sciences.
Take Back the Night Virtual March & Vigil
Thursday, April 15, 6 p.m., Zoom
Join the Indiana University regional campuses in this annual event to raise awareness, empower individuals, and inspire action that will bring an end to sexual violence. The virtual event will include musical entertainment, keynote speaker, mindfulness activities, and survivor stories. GLSEN Day of Silence

The GLSEN Day of Silence is a national demonstration where LGBTQ students and allies around the country take a vow of silence to protest the harmful effects of harassment and discrimination of LGBTQ people in schools. The event will include a keynote address, as well as an observed moment of silence. Later that evening, join the Connections group on Zoom from 6pm-7pm for a virtual Breaking the Silence event!
