I’m baaackk!!
Ohh my it has been some time since I've been on here... I can honestly say, I do NOT remember the month of April~
We had Easter, then I took a cruise to the BAHAMAS!! Where I sailed away into the Ocean with not a care in the world... Ok, well I did care, but not when I ate Ice Cream and Pizza for breakfast!
(I haven't had time to upload pictures from my trip yet, but those are yet to come)
The final two weeks of April were finalizing papers, homework, quizzes, tests, and exams to make sure everything was in tip top shape.
Then guess what. It's May! Graduation time!
Yep, I am now officially in my final semester of school at IUE. It's been a fun, and definitely fulfilling ride during my time with the school. Don't be too sad, I'll stick around for a while longer... why, you ask? Check this out!

an icey internship for the summer
This summer I will be interning for the INDIANA ICE. The Ice is part of the USHL (United States Hockey League). Currently, the team is playing in a play off series against number the 1 seed for the Eastern Division Finals, Green Bay Gamblers.
I AM SUPER EXCITED for my internship!! I will be doing so much fun stuff. Not only will I be surrounded by good people, but I will be working for an organization much like IU East. The Ice are a very, very good hockey team, but they're having trouble getting their name out there and getting noticed! It's much like our IU East athletics--we're good, but we still have to make a name for ourselves.
I'm pumped that I am going to be working with the Ice and putting their name on the map!
GO ICE!!
Ohhhh, and they asked me to be the mascot.... BIGGIE

If you follow me on here, I've been talking about "birthday weeks" for a while now. Our close knit circle of friends give each other birthday weeks. Well mine was basically a TWO WEEK birthday week. It was AWESOME! And when I say awesome, I mean the BEST EVER! It was a VERY, VERY special birthday for me---THE BIG 21! So of course, we did it BIG!
I was surprised, I was pampered, and I defintely LOVED!!
I am VERY greatful for the friends, family, and co-workers I am blessed to have.
- Kait, Cari, and Breezy filled my room with baloons and streamers!!
They got me GOOD!

For those of you who live or stay in Richmond over the summer, there are still chances to get involved and stay active. How about trying something new? A slow pitch softball league? The Richmond and Parks Recreation League puts together a slow pitch softball league for anyone and everyone who wants to put a team together. The IUE basketball team figured they would keep their summer interesting and try something new.
